German Language Online Courses Reimbursement for Doctoral Students

Please note:

• You are eligible for a partial reimbursement of your course fee if you fulfill all of these requirements: 
  1. You are enrolled at Heidelberg University as a doctoral student by the end of the course.
  2. You obtain a certificate of attendance by the end of the course.
  3. You have not received and will not receive any external funding for your course fee.
  4. You send all required documents (reimbursement request form, certificate of attendance, proof of payment) by the end of the summer semester to: 

     doktorandenkonvent@uni-heidelberg.de

• The reimbursement is expected to cover up to € 180.00 per person, but the amount may be reduced if the number of doctoral students enrolled this semester significantly exceeds the expected number based on previous years.
