Studienkolleg / Assessment examinationCore Course S

The core course S prepares you for language (except German studies), history, law, social sciences and related courses. The following subjects are taught and examined:

1. First foreign language: German
   Note: The German exam corresponds to the requirements of the DSH in terms of scope, form and content.
2. Second foreign language: usually English
   Note: If your native language is German, you must also provide proof of sufficient knowledge of another foreign language in addition to English. The following foreign languages can be tested with us: French, Russian, Spanish. As these languages are not taught at the Studienkolleg, this exam preparation must be done externally.
3. History
